Domestic Shipping Info
All Almondon orders are shipped and delivered by either USPS or FedEx depending on the most affordable shipping rate with tracking available for your location. Most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Shipping charges vary depending on the location, so please verify during check out with your delivery address. We are temporarily offering free shipping on all domestic orders over $100, therefore your subtotal must be at least $100 after discounts or promotions if you'd like to qualify for free shipping.
International Shipping Info
International shipping is currently available for Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, Austria, France, and New Zealand. Our international orders are currently shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and our checkout offers real-time shipping charges as calculated by USPS.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what these charges may be. All of our apparel is made in South Korea, so we recommend researching your country's customs and duty charges for clothing made in South Korea.
All international packages will have tracking information, but we cannot guarantee that tracking details will continue to be updated once the package leaves the United States. If a package is lost and you chose to ship via USPS First Class International Package, we will issue you a gift card for your purchase total minus the cost of shipping to repurchase the same items. If a package is lost and you chose to ship via USPS Priority Mail International, then you will eligible for a refund of your purchase total minus the cost of shipping.

Return / Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders Only)
You have up to 15 days after receiving goods to return items purchased on our site.
Returns must be in original condition (not worn or washed) with hang tags still attached and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear is non-refundable. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned products will be inspected upon arrival to our facility. If products are not in resalable condition, your returned items will be sent back to you and your refund will not be processed.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved. You can email us at email@example.com with your name, phone number, order number, style, color, and size, or simply reply back to your original order confirmation for your return authorization number. If your return or exchange is approved you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions on how to send the merchandise back.
For a limited time, returns and exchanges are free of charge! Excludes all sale items and accessories. We cannot guarantee that we will have the item(s) that you want after your product is returned.
